Can Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore win a medal for India in 2008 Olympics?

Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore is an ace shooter who won India's first individual silver medal in the 2004 Summer Olympics. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore is among India's best hopes for a medal in 2008 Olympics to be held at Beijing.
