In addition to this, Sun and Ketu are placed in the 9th house which requires India to be careful of authorities of other countries (The 9th house signifies foreign land and Sun being the Lord of the 10th house of the Varshphala or Solar Return Chart is posited with Ketu in the 9th house).
The ascendant of the Solar Return is the 7th house of the national horoscope. Mars, the Lord of the Solar Return Chart, is strongly disposed in the 11th house. These factors indicate that opposition party is likely to get stronger during this year. The 10th house of the Solar Return's Lord Sun is with Ketu so there is a danger to the ruling party too. Scenario of dismissal or sudden change of power cannot be denied. The combination of a Stellium in the 10th house of Solar Return (SR Chart) with Mercury, the Lord of the year plus Muntha which is in the 8th house, is creating obstacles for the ruling party in maintaining the current position. They have to work really hard in order to maintain it's position.
